The Chinese Opera Stage Tour brings visitors through an immersive journey of discovery into the world of traditional Chinese street opera. This virtual reality tour will bring visitors from the backstage area to the performance area, providing a 360-view of the stage. Take a step out of the audience’s seat onto the stage to find out more about how makeup, costumes, props, headdresses and musical instruments come together in a Chinese opera performance. The full Chinese Opera Stage Tour will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. There are limited devices and they will be loaned out on a first-come-first-served basis.

SAC Walking Trail
Learn about the history, features and artists at the Stamford Arts Centre through this hands-on experience! Detailed write-up The SAC Walking Trail offers visitors an interactive experience to learn about the history, features and artists of the arts centre. Visitors can loan a device to activate eight different experiences around the centre at various stations. This augmented reality walking trail brings visitors from the main entrance to the Black Box and around the building to learn more about the centre and its arts residents. Along the trail, visitors will also be able to try out classical Indian dance hand gestures, watch a variety of performance excerpts in a 3D model of the Black Box and learn about different musical instruments. It is perfect for those who are keen to get moving while discovering fun facts and new experiences about the SAC. The full SAC Walking Trail takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete. There are limited devices and they will be loaned out on a first-come-first-served basis. All devices may be loaned out within the first 15 minutes of available timeslots.
